Is K. Williams the type of person Arkansas needs in the legislature? During his term as Superintendent at Beebe he tried to sell the school's ITFS license for $200,000. At that time he ask the broad to allow him to enter into a behind closed door contract for the sale. The sale did not go through and last year the board approved a lease of the license ,not sell, for $500,000. There was only a years difference between the two contracts and Mr. Williams was not the superintendent for the last one.

The license was not leased for $500,000 but another company made a new offer. The new offer has been approved for $9,382,500.
